The Administrative Component consists of several key functions that are essential to the successful operation of any law enforcement agency. These positions consist of the Chief Deputy or Undersheriff, Human Resources, Budgeting and other administrative staff. It is easy to think about the uniformed officers when considering a law enforcement agency, but the supportive role of the administrative staff is vitally important to an agency’s success.
