This background investigation helps ensure each applicant to the Dawson County Sheriff’s Office meets the qualifications, standards of integrity, and moral character required for the position under consideration.

Complete this questionnaire completely and accurately; incomplete questionnaires will not be accepted. All statements contained within this questionnaire are subject to truth verification. Any information found to be erroneous, whether intentional or not, may constitute ground for disqualification from the employment process.
